Hello again, everyone! I’m glad to be back here in Minnesota sitting behind the keyboard and microphone sharing awesome things with you once again. During this past week, I flew to St. Louis for the annual Financial Blogger Conference (FinCon). Wow, what a time. In today’s episode of The Chasing Financial Freedom Podcast, I share my trip experience with you and also an interview with blogging icon, Corbett Barr.
The Financial Blogger Conference (FinCon13)
An Interview with Corbett Barr
Once I finally stop talking about how awesome FinCon13 was, we get into the meat and potatoes of episode #7, where I interview blogging icon, Corbett Barr. Corbett has built an incredibly successful online platform and business over the past few years. He’s someone I look to for advice on how to build a blog that matters, which ironically is the name of a course he created.
In the interview, we cover what led Corbett to build his first blog and the location independent online business he runs today. It’s an inspiring story and one that most of the rest of us can accomplish as well if we put our minds to it. Corbett now lives in California for most of year and in Mexico for the rest. How cool would that be?
We wrap up the interview with reasoning on why you, yes you, should start a blog ASAP. Also, we discuss a course Corbett has created, called “How to Start a Blog that Matters“. It’s a course that sells for $97 (one time) and offers incredibly value on cutting back wasted time and effort on your own blog to make sure you do it the right way from the start. Take it from me, this is a great course. I’ve dug through it and found it to be the best I’ve seen.
At the end of this podcast episode, I make not one, but two offers that can’t really be beat. Take a listen and let me know what you think.
